2. 提交付款：通过指定的服务提供商或政府机构在线计算生成的付款单进行付款。

3. 确认草本：发送汇款水单扫描件给代理商或机构后，机构制作尼日利亚ECTN电子跟踪单草本。

4. 签发正本：对尼日利亚ECTN电子跟踪单草本内容进行确认，确认无误后即可机构签发正本发放ECTN电子跟踪单。

5. 提交ECTN：申请人即可提交ECTN电子跟踪单给收货人或者货代。

整个办理周期通常为1-3个工作日

 

Preparation of materials: The export enterprise and the consignees confirm whether to handle ECTN, then make necessary documents such as commercial invoice, customs declaration and bill of lading, and ensure that the information among these documents is consistent.

 

Submission of payment: Payment is made through the calculation of the generated payment slips online by a designated service provider or government agency.

 

Confirmation script: After sending the scanned copy of the remittance slip to the agent or agency, the agency will make the Nigeria ECTN electronic tracking script.

 

Issue the original: confirm the contents of ECTN electronic tracking sheet in Nigeria. After confirmation, the agency can issue the original and issue the ECTN electronic tracking sheet.

 

Submit ECTN: The applicant can submit ECTN electronic tracking document to the consignee or forwarder.
